Make a room smell fresh

Place a dryer sheet on the filter of the air conditioner or heater. It will stay put even without any tape and will make your entire room smell amazing. Stinky vacuum cleaner bag? Throw one in there as well.

NOTE: If you don't like the obvious smell of 'laundry', explore a scent that fits your liking. There are so many scents to choose from these days; I like the Gain line of fabric sheet scents.

Clean bugs off your car

Wipe the area with a moist dryer sheet — the bugs will wipe off without ruining your paint job.

Erase deodorant marks on clothes

Those that wear black...take note of this! Take a (USED) dryer sheet, crumple it into a ball then rub the deodorant mark with short, quick strokes. This should erase any marks.

A great smelling bug repellent

I thought this was interesting...and it works (I had to try it)! According to Smithsonian Magazine, if you keep a dryer sheet in your pocket, it will keep away bugs. The reason it works is because it has Linolool (a toxin that is found in lavender and basil) and beta-citronella (which is used to repel mosquitoes).

A great smelling, fur softening bug repellent for PETS!!

A must if you're going to the dog park. Dryer sheets keep your pet's fur smelling great and super soft, and helps to protect them from fleas, ticks and mosquitoes.

BONUS TIP: Rubbing Fido or Fluffy down with a dryer sheet also minimizes shocking you with static electricity. Problem solved.
